It is important, if you want to be able to make your client feel comfortable, and to understand what they are going through in order to give them the photos that they want, that you identify with them.
I am not saying that you need to become your client, but you need to get into their mindset and know what problems you can solve for them.
And it’s always good for you to be able to laugh at yourself!
